Molly Bunke

Molly Bunke is an associate whose practice focuses on white collar defense, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. She brings significant experience representing clients in high-stakes criminal matters, with extensive trial experience and a strong background in motions practice, case investigation and development, and courtroom advocacy.

Prior to joining Kropf Moseley Schmitt PLLC, Molly served as a Supervising Attorney with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia (PDS). During her time at PDS she represented clients in serious felony matters through all stages of proceedings, including serving as lead counsel at numerous jury trials. Her experience also includes litigating substantive pretrial motions, analyzing forensic and documentary evidence, preparing witnesses, and developing trial strategy. In addition to supervising other attorneys, she specialized in evidentiary issues involving expert witnesses, led outside criminal defense trainings, and handled appellate matters.

Earlier in her career, Molly clerked for the Honorable Corinne Ann Beckwith of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Molly brings a thoughtful, analytical, client-centered approach to helping clients navigate complex legal and investigative matters.
