    Loren Graston is an associate whose practice focuses on white collar defense, internal investigations, and complex litigation. She has experience working on sensitive internal and government-facing investigations involving allegations of financial misconduct, compliance failures, regulatory issues, and fraud-related matters.

    Prior to joining Kropf Moseley Schmitt, Loren practiced at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she worked on a broad range of investigations, commercial litigation, and white-collar matters. Her experience includes conducting legal research, analyzing documentary and electronic evidence, preparing witness interview materials, and assisting with internal investigations and regulatory inquiries. She has worked on matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), cryptocurrency-related investigations, financial fraud, trade secret disputes, and money laundering allegations. Loren also completed a six-month secondment with Microsoft, where she supported internal investigations and other legal and regulatory matters. She regularly collaborates with forensic consultants and data specialists to analyze complex factual records and help develop practical solutions for clients facing legal and business challenges.
