Rebecca represents individuals and corporations in all stages of litigation, arbitration, and government investigations. She has litigated on behalf of clients in many industries, including professional sports, software, insurance, and financial services, and on a wide range of issues, including fraud, breach of contract, copyright infringement, trade secrets, and product liability.
Rebecca relishes working with clients, building trust, and helping them reach satisfactory resolutions of issues that are important to them.
Rebecca started her career at non-profit organizations and then transitioned to the private sector where she practiced at both a big law firm and a boutique firm. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of class action and complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court through trial. Rebecca has also assisted with internal investigations of foreign financial institutions and has worked with whistleblowers to develop and file cases under numerous federal statutes.
Rebecca maintains an active pro bono practice. On behalf of a client serving four life sentences, she successfully drafted a First Step Act motion that resulted in the reduction of the sentence to time served.
Rebecca was born and raised in DC. After spending nine years living in NYC, Rebecca moved back to DC shortly after graduating from law school. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and wildlife photography.
