Civil Litigation

Abraham Lincoln said it well: “Never stir up litigation. A worse man can scarcely be found than one who does this.”

Litigation should be a last resort because it is expensive, time-consuming, and stressful for our clients. We work hard to resolve disputes amicably before our clients must turn to the courts.

But if it comes to that, we are ready. Our litigation strategy is laser-focused on trial. In our experience, our clients obtain the best settlement outcome when the other side realizes that we are ready and willing to take the case to verdict.
