JaIME rosenberg

Jaime handles matters involving government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and civil litigation.


She has considerable experience in complex regulatory matters, including sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption regulations, and compliance. Jaime has defended individuals and corporations involving alleged civil and criminal violations of sanctions law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and anti-bribery/money laundering laws. She has also handled complex class-action matters involving price-fixing, consumer fraud, and other antitrust violations.


Jaime has broad legal experience as an associate at a boutique law firm, a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, a law clerk for a large law firm, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. While in law school, she worked for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) on a variety of issues affecting intercollegiate athletics including athlete-agent regulation, Title IX, internet gambling, performance-enhancing drugs, and student-athlete welfare issues.


Jaime has a strong interest in pro bono work. She has worked on juvenile criminal defense matters in Maryland for the Office of the Public Defender while acting as a student attorney for her law school’s criminal justice clinic and as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project Teaching Fellow where she taught Youth Justice and Constitutional Law in the District of Columbia Public Schools.


Jaime currently coaches the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society’s ABA Arbitration and William & Mary Negotiation Competitions at the American University Washington College of Law.


During law school, Jaime was a staff member of American University Washington School of Law’s Administrative Law Review and the National Security Law Brief. She was the Executive Competitions Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and Team Captain of top-ranked American team in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Team in Germany.


She was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii and played varsity intercollegiate soccer and track & field while at Saint Martin’s University.


In her free time, you can find Jaime hiking in national parks, playing with her golden retriever, and winning kickball intramural championships.
