Sara moderated a panel on criminal prosecutions of public corruption cases for the Federal Bar Association at the federal courthouse in Washington, DC. The panel was part of the DC Chapter’s 4th Annual 4th Annual Government Enforcement & Investigations Seminar. Sara’s co-panelists were Rob Cary (Williams & Connolly), Mark Lytle (Nixon Peabody), and Jack Sharman (Lightfoote). The event was such a success that the panel will present again at the FBA’s national meeting in St. Louis in September 2024.
